It flips the model. Instead of a curated Q&A library you maintain, Inventive AI connects to your live sources (SharePoint, Drive, Confluence, Salesforce) and drafts from there. The Content Governance Agent then detects conflicting info, surfaces duplicates and flags outdated content automatically, and prioritizes trusted sources, so the maintenance you used to do manually is largely handled. Completed responses also feed back in, so approved answers get reused next time without you filing them.
