How fast is Inventive AI to implement, and how much training and support is involved?

The technical setup is quick since you connect integrations to SharePoint or Drive rather than building a library, so it is hours, not weeks. The real delay is internal: tidying source folders so it is not reading old specs, and waiting on IT and infosec to approve access. Training for reps and SMEs is light since they mostly read and approve. We hit real adoption in about two weeks.
