Worth it, but it depends on how the AI is built. Inventive AI is AI-first, so it drafts each answer from your approved content and shows the source, plus a confidence score. Loopio and Responsive have AI too, but they grew up as workflow and content-library tools, so the AI sits on top. For us that meant editing drafts instead of writing from scratch, and turnaround roughly halved.

honestly just run it on a couple of real rfps before you commit. we did that with inventive and the drafts werent generic at all, way better than i expected

+1 same boat last year. moving to inventive ai stopped the missed deadlines for us within like a month tbh
