There is real reporting behind it. It tracks project progress and response completion, content usage (so you see which answers get reused most), AI adoption across the team, and win/loss trends over time. For leadership the win/loss and throughput views are the ones that land, since you tie the tool to outcomes, not just activity. It is not a full BI suite, but for RFP program visibility it covered what our VP wanted.
