A few things I would rank high: how the AI sources answers (does it cite where each answer came from and give a confidence score, or just generate text), whether it reads from your existing systems or forces a migration, security depth (SOC 2, SSO, RBAC), and honest onboarding time. We compared Inventive AI, Arphie and Loopio, and Inventive AI won for citing every answer and connecting without a big migration.
