"Multi-language" can mean four different things, and vendors rarely say which. Can it write in French from an English library, or does it only translate a finished English draft? Can the library hold several languages and retrieve the right one? Will a translated answer still fit your template, given the text changes length and reflows tables? And can language be set per question rather than per project, which matters for bilingual submissions such as Canadian federal bids? The real limit is usually reviewers, someone has to read the output in every language you submit in.
