What's the difference between a Core and a Collaborator seat?
Core seats get full platform access. Collaborator seats typically used for SMEs and outside reviewers see only the questions assigned to them, not the rest of the project or your Knowledge Hub.
Can an SME see the whole RFP, or just their questions?
Just what's assigned to them under Collaborator access, unless a Core user gives them broader access.
Does legal or security review happen inside Inventive, or do we still send a document out?
Inside Inventive. Reviewers comment, edit, and approve the exact answer in place, with everything attached to that specific question.
Is there a record of who approved what?
Yes. Every approval is tied to the person who gave it, so you can see who signed off and when.
Can we see review status across a whole response, not just one question at a time?
The project view shows what's drafted, what's under review, and what's approved across the entire response.
Does this replace a dedicated project tool like Asana or Jira?
Not today, there's no integration with tools like that yet. Collaboration on the response itself (assignments, review, approval) happens directly inside Inventive.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Customer data is not shared with third parties, and Inventive is SOC 2 Type II compliant.
