AI Agents That Strengthen Every Response

Go/No-Go Agent
Score every RFP for fit, surface risks early, and help your team focus on the opportunities worth pursuing.

Compliance & Requirements Agent
Extract every requirement, track it against your response, and catch gaps, contradictions, and inconsistencies before submission.

Competitive Intelligence + Win Theme Agent
Turn competitor insights, proven win themes, and deal-specific proof points into sharper positioning that differentiates your response.

Executive Summary Agent
Generate a compelling executive summary that brings your strongest case, messaging, and proof points together from the very first page.
From new RFP to submitted response
Drop in the RFP
The intake agent parses the request the moment it arrives, before anyone starts drafting.
Get a fit score
The Go/No-Go Agent compares the requirements against your capabilities and past wins, and flags where you fall short.
Decide with your team
The score and its reasoning go to whoever makes the call. Strategic Agents inform the decision — they don't make it for you.
Check your competitive position
If you're moving forward, the Competitive Intelligence Agent pulls up your Competitor Board to see how you've stacked up on similar deals before.
Map every requirement
The Compliance & Requirements Agent extracts every mandatory item and certification from the RFP, so drafting starts against a known checklist instead of a 60-page document.
Draft with your strongest themes
Response Agents draft the answers from your Knowledge Hub, while the Win Theme Agent surfaces the messaging that's worked in similar past wins

Strategic Agents, answered
To address any concerns or curiosities you might have, here are answers to some frequently asked questions about RFP knowledge base:
What are Strategic Agents?
A set of specialized AI agents that sit on top of drafting — deciding what's worth pursuing, how to position it, whether every requirement is covered, and whether the finished response is ready to ship. Six agents currently make up this layer: Go/No-Go, Competitive Intelligence, Compliance & Requirements, Win Theme, Executive Summary, and Conflict Management.
What is Go/No-Go scoring, and how does it decide what to score?
It compares an RFP's stated requirements against your company's capabilities and past win/loss history, and produces a fit score with the gaps called out, so your team can see where the RFP falls short before committing time to it.
Does Strategic Agents automatically decide whether we bid?
No. Go/No-Go scores fit and flags gaps; a person on your team still makes the go or no-go call. The score is there to inform that decision, not replace it.
What does the Compliance & Requirements Agent actually track?
Every mandatory requirement, certification, and eligibility criterion stated in the RFP, checked against your response as it's drafted, so a missed requirement gets caught before submission instead of after.
Where do win themes come from — are they written by hand or generated automatically?
The Win Theme Agent draws on your own win/loss history and Competitor Board to surface the messaging and differentiators that show up most in the RFPs you've actually won. Your team still decides what to use.
What's the difference between the Conflict Management Agent here and the Content Governance Agent on the Knowledge Hub page?
The Content Governance Agent catches conflicting or stale content sitting in your knowledge base, before it's ever used in a response. The Conflict Management Agent catches contradictions inside a specific drafted response, right before it ships. They check different things at different points in the process.
Can we use Go/No-Go scoring without turning on the other agents?
Yes. Each agent works independently — score fit at intake without turning on Executive Summary drafting, for instance, and add the others as your team is ready.
Is our competitive, compliance, and win/loss data shared with other customers?
No. Your Competitor Board, fit scores, and win themes are private to your account.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Customer data is not shared with third parties, and Inventive is SOC 2 Type II compliant.
