Is Inventive AI for issuing RFQs or responding to them?
Responding. Inventive is built for manufacturers and industrial suppliers answering customer RFQs, RFPs, and questionnaires. It is not an e-sourcing or procurement tool.
Can it fill a buyer's Excel workbook without breaking the format?
Yes. The workbook is imported, answered, and exported in its original structure, including multi-tab formats with locked cells and formulas.
How does it handle certification questions?
Answers link to the actual certificate, with site scope and expiry tracked. If a cert lapses or a site changes, every dependent answer is flagged.
What about REACH, RoHS, conflict minerals, and country of origin?
Approved declarations are reused exactly and updated in one place. When a supplier declaration changes, the answers built on it get flagged for review.
Can it price parts or check feasibility?
No, and it shouldn't. Pricing, tolerances, and feasibility stay with your estimators and engineers. Inventive drafts everything your documents already answer and routes the judgment calls to the right person.
