Health Hero is a leading digital healthcare provider in the UK, with growing operations across Europe. It delivers virtual GP, physiotherapy and EAP services at enterprise scale. Its two-person bid team manages up to 70 complex bids a year, so its bid management software has to work for UK public sector tenders.
As the team reviewed its tech stack, it found its RFP software was creating bottlenecks instead of removing them. Responsive demanded constant upkeep.
