Yeah, to that point, so Garov, a lot of the SCs, or two of the SCs that evaluated, basically said that the, we had a limited resource library loaded, well, I say limited, there was a lot of documentation, but they did say, you know, pretty accurate, complete, and conversational, which was good from a tone and voice perspective versus like, we use a lot of technical manuals and training documentation, so the conversational tone was really helpful in terms of the responses.
